Mum's Creations has been designing innovative giftware since 1996. We are mainly a wholesaler, however all of our products may be ordered through this website. We are flexible, reliable and prompt.

Shipping Information:

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Some items are custom made and as a result may take longer. If there is a further delay we will contact you.

While this website will calculate shipping costs at check-out based on product weight, we always re-calculate the shipping charges manually to minimize cost to our customers.

Pricing:

You will be charged in the currency of your billing address. We process payments in either Canadian or US dollars. Prices shown are the same in Canadian or US currency.

Returns:

We will gladly refund your purchase price within 7 days of you receiving your merchandise if you are not satisfied. You must return the unwanted items to us and you will be responsible for shipping costs.
